Our family has been so blessed by our tutoring experience with Gayle Lynch. My daughter has struggled with reading since Kindergarten and was behind in her reading level for years. She does not like to read, however Gayle came alongside her and began tutoring her multiple times a week for over a year. Gayle is such a caring and patient teacher and is so encouraging to her students. She is always prepared and organized. She communicated well ahead of time what to expect for the upcoming schedule so we can plan ahead. She is very accommodating with our busy schedules and happy to do so. She always has a smile on her face and made my daughter feel at ease. Even after long days at school, she was able to encourage her to read and practice for another hour, making it fun and engaging. Her love for her students shines through in all she does. She truly wants them to succeed. She cares deeply for them, and her students know that and love her back. My daughter worked with her for over a year and she will say that Mrs. Lynch is by far the best teacher she’s ever had. My daughter is now at her proper reading level for her grade and the impact Gayle had on my daughter will last a lifetime.

Mrs. Lynch came into our lives at just the right time with no one to turn to. Our youngest struggled with reading as she had a different learning style than most students when it came to remembering words she knew by looking at them with sight. Mrs. Lynch looked at the whole child, including strengths and weaknesses and with her compassion, expertise and experience turned our child into an avid reader, recognizing words and remembering what she read. Our child would not be advancing to the high achievement she had made without Mrs. Lynch’s intervention.

Mrs. Lynch is an absolute gem! She has such a way with children, so kind and loving along with being an amazing educator. My son had Mrs. Lynch as a teacher and loved her so much, I did too! I was beyond impressed with how much my son learned in just the first month of school. He went from not reading at all and not liking to read…to reading all by himself and actually liking to read. Mrs. Lynch taught him all the basics but more importantly instilled in him a love for learning and reading. I cannot recommend Mrs. Lynch enough…she is beyond the best!

Gayle taught first grade at BCA for each of our three children. As a direct result of her unwavering dedication to teaching all of her students, each of our children grew immensely, both academically and as individuals. Her devotion to her students is truly one of a kind. Not only will she always hold a special place in our children's hearts but in our hearts as well. We are tremendously grateful our children were her students! We love Mrs. Lynch!

“My son had Mrs. Lynch as a teacher for 1st grade and she was an amazing teacher and exactly what he needed that year. We were just coming out of the previous school year which was when Covid hit and schools were closed and then reopened with all of the Covid rules. My son fell behind at such a crucial time of learning and comprehending speech and early spelling and writing. He tested behind the level he should be at but Mrs. Lynch put all of our worries to rest and was confident that she could help him. He had a great year under Mrs. Lynch’s teaching and he not only met the 1st grade benchmarks for learning but actually surpassed those goals. It was so great watching our son thrive and gain confidence in Mrs. Lynch’s classroom.
